Returns & Exchanges

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. 

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled.  You may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it. Email us at help@theavmart.com to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [Products from our acoustic treatments category, discounted or sale items, gift cards, downloadable software, personalized items,  hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless the items were damaged during shipping. A cost for restocking may be applied to customer account.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

Some items only qualify for partial refunds;

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
