Why Is Overnight Shipping Not Available ?
The AV (Audio-Visual) Mart has a unique relationship with many of the brands we carry. We do not stock products in warehouses like our competition does. We normally ship directly from manufacturer warehouses straight to you (which keeps our overhead down) so we cannot guarantee overnight or express shipping. Of course all tracking and insurance for shipments is available.
Can I pick up Products in Person?
We are an online only destination for Audio-Visual Products and advice. Team members work virtually and we do not allow in person pick up of purchased products unless it has been prearranged before purchase.
I live outside the US & The website would not allow me to purchase or ship?
We only sell to the US, Canada and select US territories such as Puerto Rico. If you are outside of these locations you will find shipping options will not be available on our website. You may still be able to purchase from the AV Mart and coordinate a special shipping arrangement. Reach out to us via chat or the contact page.
What do I do if I am having issues with Audio-Video or Editing Software I Downloaded from AV Mart ?
The first thing you should do is contact the AV software developer or manufacturer. They will have a support team who can trouble shoot any issues that you may have.
